💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Handle end-to-end recruitment for high-volume warehousing roles.

Manage employee rosters and scheduling based on client needs.

Onboard new hires and manage employee relations from start to finish.

Be the go-to contact for your client accounts, building trust and delivering solutions fast.

Address WHS and payroll issues with empathy and efficiency.

Provide administrative support to keep things running smoothly.

Visit client sites regularly to maintain strong, face-to-face relationships.

✅ What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Previous recruitment experience (ideally high volume or industrial/labour hire).

Prior warehousing or logistics industry experience.

A strong work ethic and adaptability – our industry can be fast-moving and unpredictable, and we need someone who thrives in that.

A valid driver’s licence and your own car – you’ll be out on the road regularly visiting our valued clients.

🕒 Working Hours

Monday to Friday, mostly between 9am to 5pm, but some flexibility is required depending on client needs and workforce demands. We support work-life balance while recognizing the nature of our industry.
