The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on and highly capable Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of this high-profile project. The successful candidate will work directly with the developer and project team to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, subcontractor performance, and construction activities

Manage day-to-day coordination with consultants, engineers, and site supervisors

Lead project delivery from early structure phase through to completion

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are upheld

Liaise with key stakeholders to address issues and ensure clear communication

Drive performance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency

What You Bring

Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments

10+ years in construction/project management with Tier 2 or developer background

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment
