The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. You’ll report directly to the Director and be empowered to lead delivery, problem-solve on the ground, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery from structural works through to handover

Manage construction programs, budgets, and site coordination

Lead consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards

Report progress and manage risks proactively

About You

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial or mixed-use construction

Proven track record delivering high-rise or large-format developments

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Comfortable leading site teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
