RaD Car Hire Brisbane is a dynamic customer focused car hire business based at Northgate and servicing the Brisbane Airport. Clients are primarily domestic and International travellers. This family owned business has been operating for over 17 years and has a very loyal and expanding customer base and a reputation for friendly efficient service. We have a position available for a mature confident friendly person to work Monday to Thursday each week. Hours within this Monday to Thursday slot can be flexible up to 38hrs.

Qualifications & experience

Drivers licence required

Confident and happy nature with great people skills

Passionate about delivering genuine customer service

Self driven and able to assume responsibility

Proficient with computers and great telephone skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Telephone and email contact with customers answering questions and taking bookings. Managing rental car bookings for customers.

Some customer contact at office and airport
