Client Success Starts With You
Scout Talent is looking for a full-time Client Success Specialist based in Milton, QLD.

Reporting to our Team Leader in Client Success, this is a strategic, relationship-focused role where you'll own a portfolio of clients and be responsible for guiding them to success with our recruitment software.

This isn’t just triage or reactive support. It’s about building lasting relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and proactively adding value at every stage of their journey.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responding to client enquiries via email and phone

Troubleshooting and resolving product-related questions

Training and onboarding new clients onto our platform

Supporting demos alongside Account Executives to showcase our product

Advising clients on recruitment strategy and best practice

Championing user needs to our internal teams and product roadmap

Managing and nurturing your own set of dedicated clients

Collaborating across teams to continuously improve client satisfaction

You’re Wired for Client Success If...
You have at least 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service, recruitment, or HR-focused role, but w're flexible.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

Experience delivering training, workshops, or webinars

Working knowledge of CRM or ATS platforms

Familiarity with KPIs, reporting, or success metrics

Talent acquisition or internal recruitment experience

Exposure to HR tech, SaaS, or support environments
