About the role

As an optical assistant/dispenser you will be guiding our patients through their optometric journey from greeting them at our door to assisting them with frame selection. This is a diverse role as you will also be required to fulfil some administrative responsibilities and will have the opportunity to fit and troubleshoot lenses in store as well.

Part time and casual positions are available (Full time positions are available for the right person), and we are open to accepting applications from optometry students.

We are looking for people with the following skills:

Optical dispensing experience (preferable but not essential. Training will be provided)

Professional customer service and communication skills

Ability to work both individually and in a team environment

Passion for eyewear fashion and creativity

Organisational and problem-solving ability
