Program Delivery Manager – Lead Quality VET in a Peak Industry Body
Bright Spark Recruitment
Posted 4 days ago
Looking for a leadership role where you can genuinely influence how training is delivered—and be backed by a team that takes education seriously?
This is a rare opportunity to join the peak industry body for its sector in Victoria, delivering high-quality, industry-aligned training across accredited, CPD, and immersive learning formats. With strong systems, realistic expectations, and a collaborative approach, they’re seeking a capable and motivated Program Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their education delivery team.
You'll be joining a well-supported environment that values quality over quantity—and people over process.
The role:
Full-time, permanent position based in South Melbourne
On-site parking available
Lead and mentor a team of experienced WHS and simulation trainers and assessors
Oversee the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of accredited qualifications, short courses, and other workforce-aligned training
Work closely with the instructional design team (separate reporting line) to ensure alignment across curriculum, assessment, and delivery
Monitor delivery quality and compliance against RTO and regulatory standards
Support the induction, development, and professional standards of trainers and delivery staff
Help shape and embed innovative and immersive training practices
Why this role will appeal to the right candidate:
Leadership without burnout – your team is experienced and systems are already in place
Variety in program types – from accredited to CPD and simulation-based learning
A culture that values compliance, collaboration, and doing things properly
No need for a building or construction background – it’s a bonus, not a requirement
Real impact – be part of a senior team genuinely shaping quality VET outcomes
What we’re looking for:
Experience managing education delivery in an RTO setting (accredited and/or workforce training)
Strong understanding of ASQA and compliance requirements
People leadership skills – capable of guiding, supporting and developing training staff
A collaborative style and ability to work cross-functionally
Cert IV TAE (TAE40116 or newer) and/or qualifications in education, training or management
If you're an experienced RTO or Training Manager who wants to focus on quality, people, and meaningful delivery—not endless admin or reactive fixes—this could be the next step you’ve been waiting for.
