Known for their success in delivering high-quality townhouse, residential, and mixed-use projects, our client has a strong reputation that offers repeat clientele and solid relationships they have built over decades in the industry.

Due to ongoing growth and a healthy project pipeline, an opportunity is now available for an Experienced Site Manager to join their team and lead the delivery of a multi-stage townhouse development in the Moreton Bay region.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee a multi-stage medium density project's (Up to 65 townhouses) to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and within scope
• Enforce high WH&S standards in line with company policies
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and provide reporting and progress updates

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience supervising townhouse or medium-density residential projects
• Current QBCC Licence and a trade background (highly desirable)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A strong site presence and the ability to work autonomously
• Proactive, quality-focused, and committed to delivering safe, efficient projects
