Facility Manager - Rural QLD

As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

The Requirements:

• Valid AHPRA Registration - Division 1 Registered Nurse
• Clinical or Facility Management in Aged Care
• Minimum of 5 years of residential aged care experience as an RN
• Desire to live and work in a serene regional town
• Ability to lead & manage the clinical care of a regional facility
• Long-term commitment to the role
