Settlements Officer – Asset Finance
$80k + super | Sydney-based | Growing lender

We’re working with a fast-growing asset finance lender that’s looking for a capable, detail-oriented Settlements Officer to join their operations team. This role has opened up due to an internal promotion, and it’s a great opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of settlements or loan admin experience looking to take the next step.

You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team that values ownership, precision and good process. There’s strong leadership in place, a great team culture (think: high trust but switched on), and real opportunities for growth internally as the business continues to scale.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing loan settlements end-to-end across a range of asset finance products

Reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance

Coordinating with brokers, funders, internal sales teams and customers

Keeping everything running smoothly with a sharp eye for detail

Troubleshooting issues and staying on top of SLAs

What we’re looking for:

12+ months experience in settlements, loan admin or similar

Exposure to asset finance is ideal, but not essential

You’re naturally organised, analytical, and take pride in getting things right

Confident communicator who works well in a team

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hold their own
