How you’ll make a difference

As our new Coordinator Projects, you’ll play a central role in transforming initiatives into real, impactful achievements. You’ll coordinate across internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with local needs. By streamlining processes, fostering collaboration, and removing roadblocks, you’ll directly contribute to delivering positive outcomes for the community.

Our ideal candidate

You’re a confident leader with demonstrated experience in managing teams, supporting, mentoring and empowering staff to deliver public facing projects efficiently and effectively. You have skills that allow you to manage often competing priorities and understand the nuances of local government and the importance of stakeholder relationships. Your communication style enables you to engage diverse audiences within a range of settings.
