Your Role
Your customer service and administrative skills are essential in supporting daily business operations and fostering a positive customer experience.

The primary focus areas of this position are to:

• Prepare production paperwork from quotations, sales estimates and site measurements.
• Maintain internal databases with accurate information
• Check that all information pertaining to customer selections are consistent and recorded in systems accurately
• General administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the department

Other Details
The position is a full-time permanent role and is based on site between the hours of 8:30AM – 5PM with a salary of $60K + Super.

About You

• Experience in the construction industry is desirable
• Ability to interpret building plans highly regarded
• Strong customer service / administrative skills
• High level of organisation
• Excellent MS 365 skills
