With an increasing flow of institutional work, particularly from Brisbane and Sydney-based clients, the firm is seeking a senior property lawyer with the capability and ambition to step into a leadership role.

There is a clear pathway to partnership and the firm is structured to support it - strong corporate and commercial referrals, quality clients, and a proven ability to attract and retain excellent junior lawyers.

The Role

You’ll work closely with the senior partners and lead a range of commercial property matters, including:

• Capital transactions—acquisitions, disposals and development
• Commercial, retail and industrial leasing for institutional clients
• Supporting clients including REITs, developers, private capital and corporates
• Playing a key role in mentoring juniors and helping shape the team

About You

We’re looking for a property lawyer (Senior Associate or Special Counsel level) with:

• Solid experience across property transactions and leasing
• Familiarity with institutional clients, funds or developers
• A commercial, pragmatic approach and sound technical skills
• The appetite to build something over the long term with the right backing
