The Role

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Property Lawyer. The matters in this practice will cover developments of all scales, from acquisition and construction through to sales and disposals. The clients you will advise in this role are in a range of sectors including health and medical, retail and hospitality industries.

A glimpse of your responsibilities will include preparing, reviewing and advising on:

• Property sales and purchases (commercial and complex residential)
• Business sales and purchases
• Leasing and licensing of all forms
• Detailed due diligence reports

About you

This role is ideal for an Associate keen to develop their career in property practice. To be successful within this role, you will have:

• 2-4+ years' PAE in property law
• Foundational experience across the full spectrum of property transactions
• Commercial acumen
• High attention to detail
