About the role

As an APS4 Fraud Investigator, you’ll support the delivery of operational and administrative investigation functions. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that contributes to critical casework and capability-building initiatives.

What you will do

• Support investigations through data analysis, reporting and admin
• Assist in developing business processes and training material
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Maintain data and case management systems
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress investigations

What you will bring

• Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent
• Strong skills in data tools (Excel, iBase, Altia, CRM systems)
• Sound judgement and attention to detail
• Experience supporting learning, development, or operational procedures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
