The Role

We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to provide in-home clinical support to DVA clients across the community. This is a casual role with flexible shifts (typically 1–2 hour sessions), ideal for nurses seeking autonomy, variety, and work-life balance.
You will be responsible for conducting a range of community nursing services including:

Comprehensive health and clinical assessments

Wound care and management

Continence assessments and care plans

Medication management and administration

Monitoring vital signs and chronic conditions

Health education and client advocacy

Liaising with families, care coordinators, and allied health professionals

Key Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with current AHPRA registration

Previous experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing (desirable)

Full Australian Working Rights

Own vehicle and valid driver's license – travel between client homes is required

Comfortable working autonomously and managing your schedule

Commitment to delivering culturally sensitive, respectful, and high-quality care

Current Police Check and CPR/First Aid Certificate
