Landscape Maintenance/Gardener Leading Hand- Salary $60,000- $80,000 + super + Company Vehicle

We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our growing company! This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to launch your career in landscape maintenance as a driven Leading Hand.

We are construction and facilities maintenance company specialising in education, aged care and commercial builds. Work site locations across Central Melbourne and the Western Suburbs.

What we are looking for:

Punctual and reliable, values their time and Brocor's time.

A Positive attitude and a desire to get the best outcome out every job you do big or small.

Likes to keep busy and always moving.

Has driver's license.

Qualification in the horticultural industry.

Knowledge of work health and safety with the priority of keeping yourself and the general public safe at all times.

You will be responsible for:

General gardening and landscape maintenance

General horticultural tasks

Operation of mowers, brush cutters, edging and hedging machinery

Other activities including pruning, weeding, watering, planting, mulching and chemical application

Client liaising

Essential requirements include:

Drivers license

White Card

Valid Working With Children's check- employee

Police Check or ability to obtain one

Covid and Influenza Vaccinations

A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised and within a small team

A customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills

Strong safety, environment, and quality focus

Horticulture certificate desired but not essential.

Irrigation experience desired but not essential
