X Landscaping is a VBA-registered and fully insured landscape construction company, delivering high-quality outdoor spaces across Southeast Melbourne. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled landscaper to lead our team and manage projects from start to finish.

Your Role:

As a Lead Landscaper, you will:

Supervise and manage a team of 2-4 landscapers on-site.

Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day operations.

Order materials and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely project completion.

Interpret landscape plans and ensure high-quality execution.

Solve on-site challenges and adapt to project needs.

Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction.

Strong knowledge of concreting, paving, decking, retaining walls, and soft landscaping.

Proven ability to lead a team and manage projects independently.

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and other construction documents.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar) highly regarded.
