About the Role
Innerbloom Landscapes is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. The role involves hands-on landscape construction and maintenance work across a range of residential and commercial projects in Melbourne. The successful candidate will take ownership of site work while also leading small teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and implement landscaping plans and site drawings

Construct and maintain gardens, turf, planting, retaining walls, paving, and irrigation systems

Operate machinery such as excavators, trenchers, and compactors

Maintain OH&S compliance and high standards of site safety

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Manage project timelines, quality control, and material logistics

Provide direction and support to apprentices and junior team members

Skills and Experience:

At least 5 years of industry experience in landscaping or a related trade

Trade qualification in landscaping, construction, tiling or similar (Cert III preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to read site plans and work independently

Experience operating landscaping machinery

Bonus skills:

Ability to document finished work through photography for portfolios or social media

Strong understanding of how a landscaping business operates and willingness to grow with the company.
