Join a growing software business, focusing on construction technology, supporting external clients of theirs and internal users. You would support a mix of internal SaaS application, internal systems and clients external systems.

This is an office based position, requiring you to come in 5 days per week to the office (5 minute walk from Parramatta train station).

Responsibilities:

• Administration, maintenance and rollout of hardware & software
• Handle IT Support requests and calls (mix of level 1 & 2)
• Speak to external clients, handling their support requests
• Various Systems Administration responsibilities
• Virtual Machine setup and maintenance
• VPN setup and maintenance
• Server backups and recovery
• SSL Cert setup and updates
• Antivirus protection of servers and user desktops

Requirements:

• 5+ years IT Support experience
• Comfortable speaking to external clients on the phone
• 5+ years Windows Server experience (Active Directory, Domain Controller, Group Policy, Remote Gateway, Patching and monitoring, etc)
• 3+ years Office 365 experience (setup and configure new companies and migrate companies to M365)
• 2+ years Intune experience
• SharePoint experience (understand best practice)
• SSL - Setup & Renewal. Domain Controllers, IIS, Linux hosted websites.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues.
• Experience with security, in particular phishing. Local domains and M365. Multifactor Authentication
• Familiarity with a range of AntiVirus applications
• Experience with backups (Azure, Backblaze, Arc). Know how to setup and maintain backups
• General understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, Firewalls).
• Ability to setup and manage IIS and Microsoft SQL Server.
