Expression of Interest: Business Support Officers (Temporary Roles)

Randstad is working with various Government departments in and around Perths CBD, offering exciting opportunities for Accounting/Finance Officers to join multiple teams on a temporary basis. These roles are potential to extend for the right candidate, for example 3 months with possible extension.

Finance / Accounting Officers | State Government

Location: Perth CBD

Contract: 2 months with potential to extend

Finance experience mandatory / TechOne system.

• Salary Levels: 3-5 levels (hourly rates depend on the level of the position)

Temporary casual assiagment with possible extension, lots of oppunities avalaible.

We're looking for candidates with this experience:

• Monthly financial reports
• Monthly management reports
• Month end processes
• Journal preparation and processing
• Process improvement and process documentation
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accounts receivable (but not as an isolated role as there is not enough work to assign in AR)
• Chart of accounts maintenance
• Finance system maintenance
• Cashflow reporting
• A highly desirable would be Tech 1 experience.
