We are currently seeking a Stores & Shipping Agent to join our logistics team. This role is critical in supporting the smooth flow of materials, parts, and equipment through our facility and to our customers around the globe. This position is well-suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

A summary of the requirements of the role is below:

Performing incoming receiving inspections in accordance with Quality procedures.

Receiving parts and material into applicable inventories.

Issuing parts and materials to work orders per reservations or requests, issuing parts to sales orders.

Processing incoming and outgoing piece parts per the applicable DWI’s (Detailed Work Instruction).

Operating the forklift to receive deliveries or send shipments.

Processing rework parts.

Completing inventory audits and investigating discrepancies. Submit audits to the supervisor for approval.

Active participation in Continuous Improvement programs and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement in processes, working practices and team efficiency.

Shipping and Export Coordination:

Coordinate and prepare international and domestic shipments, including documentation and compliance with export control regulations.

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.

Ensure shipping paperwork, labelling, and export declarations are completed correctly for all outbound orders.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable Incoterms, trade compliance, and transportation security requirements.

Support military and commercial export licensing procedures in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The person we are looking for will have:

High attention to detail with good computer skills

Strong creative problem solving, reasoning and decision making skills in a team environment.

A keen focus on health and safety, productivity & throughput, quality and continuous improvement.

Forklift licence or ability to obtain would be an asset.

Experience in the field of logistics, shipping, warehouse or transportation would be an asset.
