Position Description:

You will work alongside the Directors providing support with production, fulfilment and logistics to ensure the business continues to grow. You will need to display exceptional organisational skills, be proactive, resourceful and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain precise inventory records using advanced spreadsheet tools you will help create, optimising stock levels through data analysis and forecasting.

Develop detailed inventory tracking with formulas, pivot tables, and macros to monitor movements and generate reports for leadership.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges using inventory software, as well as Shopify Pro.

Manage pre-order timelines for website and email updates via Shopify apps.

Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure timely deliveries, tracking metrics and resolving discrepancies.

Resolve delivery issues, document consignment and quality problems, and support continuous improvements by identifying inefficiencies.

Provide sales support to walk-in clients with warm greetings, active listening, and personalized recommendations based on inventory trends.
