The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and oversight of complex infrastructure, planning, and asset management initiatives. This senior-level role will suit a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a background in managing multi-disciplinary teams in a government or large-scale organisational environment.
12months contract, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects with broad organisational and community outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams in the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and planning-related services.
- Provide strategic, high-level advice to executive stakeholders, including briefings, reports, and ministerial materials.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and review of programs, policies, and procedures aligned with strategic priorities.
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across departments, government bodies, and communities to support program objectives.
- Monitor sector trends and implement best-practice solutions to improve service delivery.
- Support cross-functional teams and business units in achieving aligned service outcomes.
- Manage allocated resources (human, financial, and physical) effectively and responsibly.
- Undertake other duties as required, in line with the responsibilities of the role.

Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure, planning, or asset management projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and engaging with executive stakeholders.
- Public sector or similar regulated environment experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of briefings and reports.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, planning, or a related field.
