Specific Duties – include (but not limited to):

• Coordinating and managing all aspects of building projects including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration and post construction activities and assisting in taking responsibility for the quality and suitability of the building product delivered to the client.
• Coordinating the activities of other project staff, external consultants, building contractors, managers and other business units in the achievement of project objectives.
• Leading negotiations with consultants, local authorities, internal and departmental stakeholders, the client and contractors to ensure value for money solutions are identified and delivered. Utilising experience and professional knowledge to add value to discussions and ensure appropriate stakeholder management is undertaken. Ensuring all quality assurance procedures within the work area are followed.
• Prepare monthly project reports and input project specific data for auditing processes.
