About the Role
Due to organic growth and succession planning, a new Account Manager opportunity has opened within the sales division. This role is ideal for someone coming from capital equipment, access hire, hydraulics, compressed air, generators, CNC, or construction machinery.
This is a hybrid Account Management + Business Development role covering a defined QLD-based territory with strong pipeline and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of industrial and manufacturing clients
Identify and pursue new project-based opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and engineering
Conduct face-to-face client visits and solution-based sales consultations
Work closely with technical teams to scope and quote equipment installations
Deliver sales presentations, tenders, and long-term service agreements
60% Brisbane Metro, 40% regional / interstate travel (Toowoomba, Cairns, Rockhampton, Mackay, Sydney & Melbourne)

What We're Looking For
We're open to applicants from a variety of industrial product verticals who have experience with territory-based B2B sales of technical or capital equipment.
You may come from:
Compressors | Generators | Hydraulics | Access Hire | Earthmoving Equipment
CNC | Automation | Technical Sales | Mobile Plant | Engineering Solutions
You'll also need:
A proven track record in Account Management + Business Development
Strong technical aptitude - ability to learn and consult on mechanical systems
Polished communication, planning and client-facing presentation skills
Self-driven mindset and willingness to travel throughout QLD + occasional interstate
