ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Adviser role develops attraction and recruitment initiatives for community based front-line workforces.
The Project Adviser develops key program requirements across strategic advertising, candidate care and screening of application. In addition, the role will support a range of strategic projects and priorities to drive efficiencies and reform across end-to-end attraction and volume recruitment.
The Project Advisor will support, and sometimes lead, new recruitment processes from development to implementation and provide for an effective, inclusive, fair recruitment process, to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

We are looking for individuals who have the ability to problem solve, and provide service excellence by loong for continuous improvement opportunities and ways to innovate.
Experience in project managing recruitment initiatives including attraction, candidate care, different assessment methodologies ideally in a volume intake or assessment centre setting will be highly regarded.
