We're currently seeking a motivated and organised Settlements Officer to join our professional team in South Melbourne. This is a fully on-site position offering strong development opportunities in a stable and growing business located just outside the Melbourne CBD.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full settlements process, from formal loan approval through to final property settlemen

Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely settlements

Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and kept up to date throughout the process

Provide proactive and friendly communication to keep clients informed every step of the way

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline the settlements process

What You'll Bring

1-2 years of experience in settlements, conveyancing, or a similar role (preferably in mortgages or financial services)

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure

Confident communicator with a client-focused approach

Familiarity with digital tools and platforms commonly used in the industry

Good understanding of the property settlement process and relevant legislation
