Schedule: Casual hours – approx. 10 hours/week across Monday, Tuesday & one additional weekday (7:00 am start)

About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves checking supplier invoices against purchase orders, entering accurate data, and emailing suppliers to follow up on discrepancies such as missing credits.

You'll work early mornings starting at 7:00 am across three weekdays – Monday, Tuesday, and one additional flexible day – for a total of approx—10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Match and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders

Identify discrepancies and request credits via email

Enter invoice details accurately into our systems

Assist with general administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

Experience in data entry or basic accounts (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable with basic computer systems and email communication

Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Must be available for early morning starts (7:00 am)
