Community Living Australia is seeking experienced and dedicated Support Workers for active over night shifts on a part-time or casual basis with our Murray Bridge team!

This is a Fixed-Term opportunity covering parental leave with the possibility of ongoing casual work after the initial 12 months.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives by providing compassionate, personalised support that allows them to thrive and participate actively in their communities.

What you'll be doing

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide support with household duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry

Facilitate meaningful social and recreational activities to enhance clients' wellbeing and community engagement

Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their rights and choices are respected

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised support plans

What you'll need to have

A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability (or equivalent) students welcomed

A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check

Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People

Must be available for overnight shifts

Confidence to work autonomously (After Hours Support Team will be available)
