About the role

Mossman Memorial Bowls Club (Club Mossman) based in Mossman, QLD 4873. Is seeking a talented Chef De Partie or Experienced Cook to join our dynamic hospitality team. This is a casual position, although a permanent position will be considered for the right candidate. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals for our patrons and members.

What you'll be doing

Creating and preparing a variety of hot and cold dishes from our diverse menu

Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen

Assisting with menu planning and development to enhance the customer experience

Effectively managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Providing excellent customer service to all patrons

Required to cover the senior chefs days off

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef or Experienced Cook, preferably in a similar hospitality environment

Strong culinary and grill skills with a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced kitchen

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively in a casual environment
