🚜 Excavator/Combo Operator – Join a Great Crew Doing Quality Work

CJs Earthmoving Qld is looking for an experienced excavator/combo operator to join our tight-knit team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working both in and out of machines — landscaping experience is a bonus but not essential.

We’re a boutique earthworks company delivering high-quality work across southeast Queensland. From dam dig-outs and retaining walls to horse arenas and council jobs, no two days are the same.

🔧 What We Offer:

🚜 Modern equipment – Yanmar excavators (800kg to 8T), bobcats, and tippers

Immediate start available – strong pipeline of consistent work

🛠️ What You’ll Need:

Excavator and Bobcat tickets

HR truck license

On-site experience (able to jump in and out of machines)

Reliable, hardworking attitude

Ability to work well with others
