Excavator Operator – Earthworks & Landscaping Projects

We’re currently seeking a skilled and motivated Excavator Operator to join a busy and fast-growing team on earthworks and landscaping jobs servicing residential and small commercial projects throughout Brisbane and Ipswich.

If you’ve got experience behind the controls and love variety in your day from site cuts and retaining walls to fencing and sandstone blocks, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating excavators ranging from 1.8 tonne to 13 tonne

Completing earthworks and detailed site prep

Assisting with retaining walls, sandstone block placement, and colourbond fencing

Collaborating with a small team on fast-moving projects

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment on every site

What We’re Looking For:

Proven excavator operating experience (anywhere from 1.8t–13t machines)

A current Excavator Ticket & White Card (required)

Experience with residential sites and detailed excavation highly regarded

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A reliable attitude and commitment to safety

Driver’s licence and own transport preferred
