Saanah Studios is a family and pet photography studio that creates beautiful and timeless portraits that celebrates the love, connection and joy that exists within every person and fur baby.

We are looking for a Casual Booking Consultant to join our team.

Reporting to the Reservation's manager you will be responsible for building relationships with our clients and their families over the phone.

As well as being able to recognise the needs of customers, you'll be adept at providing a high level of customer service over the phone working from home.

You will thrive on maintaining high levels of operational excellence and strive to achieve targets and KPI's.

Key responsibilities are:
- Managing and scheduling appointments for our studio.
- Offering 5 star customer service by going above and beyond.
- Achieving daily/weekly targets and KPI's.
