Lofts based in Cremorne is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Transport Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, on an 8hr rotating schedule between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 7:30am - 12pm every third Saturday.

Duties & responsibilities

Handle inbound customer orders for our Transport division, as well as enquiries & complaints

Fleet management duties including dispatch, allocation, and driver coordination.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials

Monitor the performance of drivers and handle any delivery complications.

Skills & experience:

Excellent customer service skills

Experience within a contact centre is advantageous, though not essential

High level computer literacy & proficiency

Ability to think methodically and problem-solve under time constraints

Multitasking & time-management skills
