POSITION OVERVIEW
The National Continuous Improvement Manager will assist in a focus on driving organisational excellence through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This role will work with our multiple operations teams, Sub contractors, and executive teams to work on strengthening and developing strategies to optimise efficiency and enhance the overall performance of the business.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and expectations include, but not limited to:
Develop new and improved processes, Systems and equipment.
Deliver projects on time, at the right quality standards, within budget and to the required safety standards.
Work closely with key departments to identify and establish key areas for improvement.
Strong Audit focus on a national scale including both internal and external Audits.
Ensure ongoing development of cross functional teams.
Liaising with clients, the national operational teams and our subcontractors
Embed Governance, compliance and risk mitigation practices across the procurement process.
Maintaining and building rapport/relationships with existing and new clients
Adherence to all Authentic policies and procedures
Drive a collaborative nature with all staff, including supervisors andLine managers
Ensuring communication is always of a respectful manner and tone with all staff
Participation in regular team meetings, assisting in facilitating feedback from staff
Ensures adherence to security procedures and security measures
Ensures adherence to internal and external audit requirements
Compliance with statutory, legislative, and licensing requirements, including EO (Equal Opportunity), WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) and security.
Ensures proper recording, management, and resolution of customer discrepancies, including customer queries when required.
Effective and timely communication and reporting to management when concerning discrepancies and non-compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently while coordinating and prioritising multiple daily tasks to completion.
Advanced understanding of tech and API systems
Advanced literacy and Numeracy Skills
Data entry/Computer skills/Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Flexibility to complete tasks outside of work hours (If required)
Ability to meet deadlines
Work well under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment or autonomously - Essential
High level of honesty and integrity
