About the role

Are you an enthusiastic digital content creator who loves the Gold Coast? Inside Gold Coast is seeking a full-time Digital Content Assistant to contribute to the creation of engaging digital content across our online platforms. Based in our Burleigh Heads office, this role will play a key part in amplifying our brand presence.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the creation and curation of compelling digital content including website posts, social media, email newsletters and other marketing collateral

Collaborate with the editorial team to ideate and execute content strategies that drive audience engagement

Manage and maintain the company's website, social media channels and other digital assets

Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimisation

Support the coordination of digital marketing campaigns and facilitate post-campaign reporting

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual brand identity

What we're looking for

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

Experience in content creation and digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment

Proficiency in using social media platforms and data analytics tools

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

A keen interest in emerging digital marketing trends and a passion for creating impactful content

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field is desirable, but not essential

Must love the Gold Coast!
