We are a multi-faceted facility services company providing commercial building, grounds and cleaning maintenance. We take on both small and large commercial contracts including ad hoc and projects.

About the role
We are looking for an honest and reliable team member with a fantastic work ethic, to fulfil an admin position in our fast-paced Coolum Beach Head Office.
This role is dynamic, and tasks will be across all areas of Admin including Service, Finance, Marketing, Social Media, HR and Compliance.
Training will be provided, however great IT skills are essential in this role and experience in the following will be an advantage.
MS Office 365 suite especially SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams
Outlook email and calendar management
Adobe Acrobat
60+ wpm typing speed
Programs used in our office include the following, experience in using them will be an advantage, however training will be provided.

Bitwarden
Dext
This position would suit an experienced admin professional who can hit the ground running, or a young adult looking for career growth and opportunities with on the job training. You will take direction and feedback from the Business Manager, Operations Manager and the Managing Director of the company. Salary will be based on your skills and experience and the award for a Level 1 - 5 Admin.
A suitable Junior may also be considered for this role and are encouraged to apply.
ASAP start is preferred.
No Weekends, office hours are Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
This is an in-office role, no work from home will be considered.

Great time management and organisational skills are a must
Have a can-do, productive outcome based attitude in everything from kitchen duties, keeping the office tidy, to assisting management with tasks.
Current police clearance certificate or ability to obtain one
Current First Aid
Own reliable transport to factory/office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
Great phone manner
Be adaptable to fluctuations in workload, resources and tasks
Demonstrated ability to follow processes and procedures
Ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team and still have fun
