This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll provide friendly service, learn the ropes of pool care, and help locals get the most from their backyard pools.

Your day might include:
• Welcoming customers and offering helpful, honest advice
• Doing pool water testing and recommending solutions (training provided)
• Keeping the store tidy, stocked and looking great
• Assisting with stock, orders, and general store support
• Learning as you go and becoming a go-to for pool product knowledge

What we're looking for:
We’re after someone who’s upbeat, reliable, and enjoys chatting with people. If you’re organised, motivated, and love a challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
• Retail or customer service experience (pool knowledge a bonus – not essential)
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence with people and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and good time management
• A team-first approach and solid work ethic
