We’re currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Head Office team in Mascot on a fixed-term contract until the end of January 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is a key position supporting our sales function across day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication and coordination from enquiry to delivery.

What you'll do:

Handle incoming sales enquiries and process orders via phone and email

Prepare quotes, delivery dockets, invoices, and related documentation

Liaise with internal teams across logistics, operations, and finance

Maintain accurate sales data and client records in our CRM and systems

Follow up on order statuses and proactively communicate with clients

Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and broader team

Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and reliability

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role

Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Confidence using business systems – experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus

A proactive, collaborative mindset – you’re known for “getting it done”

Experience in foodservice, wholesale, or FMCG is beneficial, but not required
