As a Recoveries Advisor for Third Party Insured, you play a crucial role in the recovery process for claims. This team uses a proactive approach in handling and managing recovery efforts by engaging with clients and other insurers. This role is focused on taking action, where you'll handle negotiations and pick up technical claims skills.

About The Role

• Onsite and full time
• Monday to Friday only, working a 9-day fortnightly roster
• Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts
• Proactively engaging with clients and other insurers throughout the claims process
• Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks

About You

• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is advantageous
• Previous experience in debt collection and/or paralegal is highly regarded
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
• Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
