About This Position

Service and maintain whole-of-house and reverse osmosis water filtration systems for our residential clients.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

Work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility required.

Your daily route will be efficiently mapped, primarily focusing on Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs (e.g., Glen Waverley, Dandenong, Frankston).

A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are essential for this role.

Key Skills + Experience Required

Professional and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.

Plumbing or a background in general maintenance will be highly valued.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work and occasional extended periods of driving.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Problem-solver with a hands-on, adaptable mindset.

Team player who works well independently.

Required to complete a National Police Clearance & Drug and Alcohol Screen.

Prior experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
