Leading a group of Area Managers across Greater Perth, you’ll steer the strategic and day‑to‑day delivery of high‑quality care services that delight school communities and put children first.

What you’ll be doing

• Organisational policies, safeguarding every child’s wellbeing.
• Guide Area Managers in rostering, staffing and service delivery, ensuring centers run smoothly every day.
• Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with principals, families and community stakeholders.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and compliance checks; close any gaps swiftly.
• Build and monitor service budgets, driving cost control and sustainable growth.
• Coach leaders to lift enrolments and maximize revenue without compromising care standards.
• Meet legislative and audit requirements.
• Stay across sector trends and best practice, sharing insights with your teams.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood, School‑Age Education, Community Services or similar.
• 3‑5 years’ senior leadership in similar settings
• Proven ability to mentor multi‑site leaders and lead change at scale.
• Deep knowledge of WA regulatory frameworks and National Quality Standards.
• First‑class communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and financial acumen.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
