Quality & Education Coordinator - Aged Care

Are you passionate about driving quality improvement and education in aged care? We’re seeking an experienced Quality & Education Coordinator to join the head office team of an established aged care provider based in South Sydney.

In this role, you will support the development & implementation of education programs, facilitate training across facilities and collaborate closely with managers to identify gaps and areas for continuous improvement.

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in a Quality and Education focused role
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & knowledge of AN-ACC funding
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment or IPC qualification (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
