About the Role:
You’ll be working within a well-established clinical structure that includes Facility Management, Quality Mangement, Clinical Management, and a full team of dedicated nurses and care staff. This home is suited to a confident and clinically strong Educator who understands the demands of a dynamic aged care environment.

Your role will involve:

• Identifying clinical gaps in collaboration with the Quality Manager
• Developing targeted education to address indicators and improve outcomes
• Supporting and onboarding new care staff, fostering ongoing learning
• Being a visible and proactive presence across the home

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Clinical Educator in aged care
• Strong clinical background in aged care, with the ability to lead by example
• Skilled in interpreting quality indicators and translating them into meaningful education initiatives
• Confident working autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
