Contract Care Recruitment has been engaged by a well-established, not-for-profit Aged Care provider to source a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator for one of their highly regarded residential services in the Taree region.

This role is based in Taree, NSW 2430, our client can set you up with accomodation and a healthy relocation package.

This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into clinical leadership-or an existing coordinator seeking a meaningful role within a supportive and values-driven environment.

The Role:

• Act as the clinical lead on the floor and support care teams during daily operations
• Guide staff in safe, person-centred care aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Conduct care planning, clinical reviews, and lead quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical governance protocols
• Work collaboratively with the facility leadership and allied health teams
• Provide hands-on support, mentoring, and staff education across all shifts

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3-4 years of aged care nursing experience
• Strong working knowledge of clinical systems, infection control, and AN-ACC
• Confident in leadership, mentoring, and supporting diverse care teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work across a rotating roster with early starts
