The Senior Project Officer, ICT Systems Reform is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the development, implementation and review of project governance programs and administrative functions for multiple, concurrent and complex ICT projects within the ICT Systems Reform Directorate.
Within this context the Senior Project Officer, ICT Systems Reform manages, monitors and reviews program financial, physical and human resources, tracks project budgets, contracts and resource requirements, and provides expert advice to Directorate management and staff and corporate divisions in relation to program activities, deliverables and outcomes.
The position is also responsible for coordinating and undertaking the development and delivery of complex research projects, investigations and data analysis, including planning, implementing and reviewing quality assurance processes and audits, and providing consultancy to ICT service planning and the transition of projects to BAU support.
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN-EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
