We’re working with a contractor delivering key projects across energy and infrastructure, and they’re now looking for a commercially focused Contracts Administrator to support ongoing growth.

This role will support end-to-end contract and commercial functions across multiple projects, working closely with project and site teams to manage compliance, variations, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Based in either Melbourne or the Gold Coast, the role offers flexibility with some travel to sites, giving you the opportunity to stay connected with delivery teams while being part of a high-performing commercial function.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with contract administration across several projects
• Manage and track variations, claims, and progress payments
• Cost coding and budget tracking within Procore
• Support monthly forecasting, cost reporting, and financial control
• Prepare documentation for commercial approvals and reviews
• Ensure alignment between contract obligations and site delivery

Ideal background:

• Experience using Procore or similar project systems
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who works well with finance and delivery teams
• Background in construction or renewables preferred, with understanding of project delivery environments
• Comfortable working across multiple projects with competing priorities
• Eager to develop and step into more senior commercial roles over time
