About the role

Crafted Coffee Co' is hiring a full-time Breakfast Cook/Chef to join our team in Robina, Queensland. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes to our valued customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch menu items to Crafted Coffee Co's exceptional standards

Ensure consistency in portion sizes and ensure all dishes are presented attractively and in a timely manner.

Work with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Breakfast Cook or Chef in a busy café or restaurant environment

Strong time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

Excellent communication and ability to work as a team - no egos in our kitchen

Passion for creating high-quality, fresh and flavourful breakfast dishes

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

If by chance you are required to work hours over your rostered hours, you will be paid at overtime rates for any extra hours worked.
