We’re seeking a reliable, passionate Full-Time Chef or Experienced Cook to join our friendly, easy-going kitchen team. This role is 38 hours per week, mainly Wednesday to Sunday (but based on our booked events during the week)

You don’t have to be a qualified chef — if you’re an experienced cook or someone who genuinely loves great food and the events industry, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you’ll also work offsite for our sister company A Day’s Graze Catering — catering beautiful weddings, corporate functions, and special events both onsite at Riviera and at other stunning locations around the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes for a variety of dining and event experiences

Deliver smooth, professional food service during functions and regular dining

Assist with offsite catering for weddings and events with A Day’s Graze Catering

Maintain a clean, organised kitchen that meets food safety standards

Assist with stocktaking, ordering, and kitchen inventory management

Contribute fresh ideas and a passion for food to our evolving menus

About You:

You’re an experienced chef or cook who takes pride in your craft

OR you have strong hospitality experience and a true passion for food and events

You thrive under pressure and keep your cool during busy services

You’re reliable, positive, and happy to roll up your sleeves wherever needed — whether onsite or offsite

You enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team that works hard and has a laugh
